Our hotel does not have facility such as slope as difficult to design. Customers using wheelchairs should contact us in advance by phone or fill out the internet reservation in the remarks column.

Hotel staff will do our best to support you.

Please proceed to the back of the 1st floor.

Please come to the front desk on the second floor by elevator or stairs.

Payment

Please pay the accommodation fee at the reception desk (cash or credit card). In the case of Web reservation, it becomes the payment method you selected.

Credit card

You can use VISA / Master / JCB / American Express / Diners Club.
Please understand beforehand that other cards can not be used.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will be charged as follows.

General customer

Cancellation on the day before the stay: Per person, 20% of the accommodation fee on the first day of accommodation
Cancellation on the day of stay: Per person, 80% of the accommodation charge on the first day of accommodation
No nights: Per person, 100% of the accommodation charge on the first day of accommodation

Group Customers (10 people or more)

Cancellation from 9 days before to 2 days before arrival: Per person, 20% of the accommodation fee on the first day of accommodation
Cancellation on the day before the stay: Per person, 80% of the accommodation charge on the first day of accommodation
Cancellation on the day of stay: Per person, 100% of the accommodation charge on the first day of accommodation

Dinner / breakfast

The hotel does not have dining facilities.
We will guide you restaurants around the hotel.
